Terms

Terms of service

These terms explain who operates the service, how paid access works, what reports are for, and where the product boundaries sit.

Details

Operator and payment structure

AdSense Auditor is operated by Alp Yalay as a sole trader based in Turkey. When you pay for a plan, Paddle handles checkout as merchant of record and payment processor, while AdSense Auditor continues to provide the product, reports, and support.

Eligibility and account use

The service is offered to consumers and solo operators. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email account used for sign-in, keeping that account secure, and not sharing paid access as a team seat or resale product.

Authorized use only

You may only scan sites you own or are authorized to audit, including a client site where you have permission to review it. You may not use the service to probe third-party sites without permission, bypass rate limits, interfere with the product, or use the reports to build a competing service.

Service scope

The product provides a technical and editorial audit opinion based on public site signals, fetch results, rendered evidence, and internal scoring rules. It is not legal advice, tax advice, SEO consulting, or a guarantee that Google or any other platform will approve, rank, or monetize a site.

Plans, renewals, and price changes

Paid access is sold as a one-time Pro Fix Sprint and a Pro Monitoring subscription. Fix Sprint binds to the first deep-audited domain in its seven-day window. Pro Monitoring renews until canceled and includes up to five managed domains. Public prices, feature limits, and plan windows may change prospectively, but any future price change is intended to apply to new customers unless clearly stated otherwise before a renewal or repurchase.

Refunds and cancellation

Refund and cancellation details are described in the refund policy. One-time passes are generally non-refundable after premium use begins. Monthly subscriptions are canceled for the next renewal cycle rather than retroactively, unless non-waivable law requires something different. If a payment is reversed, charged back, or refunded, the related premium access may be suspended or removed.

Reports and permitted sharing

You may use and publish reports generated for your site or a site you are authorized to audit. You may not resell reports, syndicate them as a standalone service, remove product attribution in a misleading way, or use the service output to create a competing audit platform. Paid reports and exports already delivered to your account normally stay available after the related pass or subscription ends, unless access is suspended for abuse, reversal, or another allowed reason under these terms.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your site, content, and the material you submit for scanning. AdSense Auditor retains ownership of the software, prompts, workflows, scoring logic, design, and report structure, except for your underlying site content.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated if the service is used abusively, fraudulently, unlawfully, or in a way that creates payment, security, or infrastructure risk. The service may also refuse or revoke access tied to duplicate purchases, reversed payments, or clearly unauthorized scans.

Availability and product changes

The service may change over time and is offered on an as-available basis. Features, limits, plan structure, and workflow behavior may be updated, paused, or removed when necessary to operate the product, control abuse, or improve reliability. If the service is wound down, the operator intends to give reasonable advance notice and a clear path for users to keep any reports or exports they have already downloaded.

Disclaimers and liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of approval, uninterrupted availability, or business outcomes. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the specific paid plan giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the operator in Turkey, with disputes handled in the competent courts tied to the operator unless mandatory consumer-protection law requires a different forum. If a local law gives you stronger non-waivable rights, that local rule controls to that extent.
